Marine biology and underwater photography are the great passions of the
author and his
partner for many years. Steffi has also functioned as an excellent
UW assistant
in several dives.

Together we could fulfil our old dream of living and working as a Dive Instructor and
Divemaster in Southeast Asia.
Our journey began in 11/1999 when we started to work for the Swiss dive operation
KON-TIKI (today
iQ-DIVE) in Khao Lak/ Thailand where we stayed
for two seasons.
